The enchantment of the beautiful actress, Megan Fox, is wonderful indeed. This Brian Austin Green widow is likely in chance to be a super star after being orbited and directed by Michael Bay in Transformers last 2007. Fox directly gets not few acting bids and plays as the main character in her first project, Jennifer’s Body. This project is thriller-themed which its script written by Diablo Cody. Everybody knows that Cody is the talk of the town for her awesome comedy drama, Juno, in 2007. It comes to get more complete to be chick flick horror as Karyn Kusama directs it.
Coincidently, Karyn is also a filmmaker whose resume was dominated with heroine like Girlfight and Aeon Flux. There is something makes this film interesting that it is adopted from a song with the same title, “Jennifer’s Boddy” sung by Courtney Love, the ex-wife of the late Kurt Cobain, and his band-group, Hole. It is willfully coincidental as Cody is a huge fan of the vocalist, and she also pries up another Hole song in Juno, “ Doll Parts”. Meanwhile, Juno director and Cody collaborator, Jason Reitman, are the producers of the film under Hard-C Production Company. This film, which starts shooting from 17 March to 15 Mei 2008, is supported by Fox Atomic distributor and is prepared for its release date in 18 September 2009 later.
Jennifer’s Body is a story about cheerleader girl named Jennifer who is accidentally entered by devil and starts looking for youths in Minnesota. Beside Fox, this film which takes shooting location in British Columbia is perfected by the role of Amanda Seyfried who plays as Jennifer’s close friend. Starring also Adam Brody, Amy Sedaris, J.K. Simmons, and Johnny Simmons. In the beginning, antagonist role of Nikolai (Brody) who is also a rock star, would be played by Pete Wentz from Fall Out Boy group, or by Joel Madden from Good Charlotte group. But this casting was cancelled. Whoever the stars who play in this film, it is going to attract public interest since Fox topless performance and lesbian scene with Amanda Seyfried gossips appear.
